- When you register, you will be asked for your office, home or other phone numbers that you will be frequently calling from. These will be registered as your CLI (caller Line Identity).
- This will eliminate the need to enter your account number and PIN when you call from registered phones.
- CLI can only be stored for direct lines. Business customers using multiple lines should call customer services for local exchange configuration.
- To add or remove any CLI numbers, please call the customer services.
How Eazy phone works
The Seven Telecom Eazy Phone is easy to use. Just plug it into your existing phone socket and start calling.The phone has an intelligent chip which will send all your local and national calls through your existing network and your mobile and international calls through Seven Telecom.
Using the Eazy Phone
On signing up,you will receive your free cordless Seven Telecom Eazy Phone
Just plug it into the phone socket call Customer Service to activate your account
Dial your destination number and start calling
Using the phone from other phones
Dial the access numbers provided in the welcome pack
At the prompt enter the full number you wish to call including the international and STD code: 00 + country code + city code + phone number
To make a follow-on call press # followed by your destination number
Using the account while Abroad
Dial the access number of the country you are in (for the full list At the prompt,enter account number and PIN Follow the voice instructions and enter: 00 + country code + city code + phone number (Country code must be entered even to make a call within the country you are in.) To make a Follow-on call, press # without disconnecting the current call
