CLI (Caller Line Identification)
When you register you can enter your office, home, mobile or any other phone numbers that you will be frequently calling from.
These numbers will be registered as your CLI
This eliminates the need to enter your account and pin numbers when calling from these registered
numbers CLI can only be stored for direct lines. Business customers using multiple lines should
call customer services.
Change Pin
Your account number is a 10 digit number. The last 4 digits is known as your pin.
This can be changed at any time for your security.
Speed Dial
Speed Dial is a short digit code for the numbers you regularly call. For example, if you call the following
number in China 008610010010, we can programme it as Speed Dial and give you a short code, say *5.
The next time you call, just dial *5 when prompted to enter your destination number.
Speed Dial facility is available to all customers.
