How it works

• Use from a regular landline, public phone or a local mobile phone
• Dial the access number of the country you are in e.g. from UK
  0020 8028 3777 / 0208 166 0577 (Local Access)
  0800 778 9977 / 0800 972 3777 (Toll Free Access)
• At the prompt enter your account number and pin. You will not be asked for this If you have registered the number you are calling from.
• Enter your destination number using 00 + country code and area code (Country code not required for UK numbers)
• If there is no access code for the country you are in, please refer to instructions for call-back service in this leaflet.

For Mobile Phone Users

• Use from local mobile phones only as using your home country phone while abroad may incur expensive roaming charges.
• Dial the local access number of the country you are in e.g. from UK
  020 8028 3777 / 0208 166 0577 (Local Access)
• You are recommended to use the local access numbers as your mobile provider may charge for calls to toll free numbers. Please check with your mobile provider before suing the service.
• Once you have entered the destination number, just wait and your call will be connected. Do not press enter or send button.

Callback Features

• Register the number you will be calling from as your call back number
• Send a missed call to any of the call-back numbers below : +44 20 8028 1010 / +353 1247 5340
• You will be called back in a few seconds.
• Enter your destination number using 00 + country code and area code (Country code not required for UK numbers)
• You can use your speed dials and feature keys as you would in your home country.
• You can make international, national and mobile calls one after another by pressing # to make a follow on call.
• You can call customer support by pressing *1 while connected to the services
