Getting Started

World Traveller SIM works from any unlocked phone.

Please ensure that your handset is unlocked before you insert the SIM in the phone.

1. Detach the World Traveller SIM from the enclosed pack.
2. Insert your World Traveller SIM into your handset and switch it on.
3. You can now start saving money on your international calls using the World Traveller SIM.

Remember :
Some handsets require a PIN when you insert a new SIM card.
The PIN and the PUK to unlock the phone is printed on the SIM card.

Receiving a Call

Your SIM is now active and ready to use.
You can receive calls by answering your handset as you normally do so upon receiving a call.

Making a call

Our World Traveller SIM uses "Call back" feature to place calls.
Simply follow these steps to place a call and SAVE money on your international calls when travelling.

1. Please enter the destination number that you want to place a call to and press the "Call or Send" button**.
   
   Note : You can also select the destination number from your contact list and press the "Call or Send" button**.
   
   Remember : When travelling, please ensure that you enter the destination number with the complete country code.
   
   e.g If you want to call 0044 208 028 0111 , Please enter 0044 208 028 0111 and press the "Call or Send" button** Or Enter +44 208 028 0111 and press the "Call or Send" button**.
2. Once you press the send button, there will be a short pause without any sound or ring tone.Your call will be disconnected automatically.
   
   Your phone display may show Thank you for using the service. Your call will be disconnected shortly Or Thank you Or Call failed Or Call disconnected.
3. Within seconds, you will receive a call back. Your handset will ring. Please answer the call. When you answer the call, you will hear a voice message "Please wait while we connect your call."
4. You will hear the normal ring tone while you are connected to your destination numbers.
5. When FINISHED - Please end the call and hang up , as you would normally do.

Remember :
** Some handsets may be incompatible with direct dialing. Should you hear the following message "Connection to this number is restricted on your phone" or If you experience continuous failed outgoing call or if outgoing calls are barred, please follow these steps

1. Press*126*102*
2. Enter the destination number that you wish to call
3. Press the # key
4. Press the "Call or Send" button

Sending a text message

You can send text messages as you normally do.

Voicemail

Enter 121 from your World Traveller SIM and press the "Call or Send" button.

  Enter 803 from your World Traveller SIM and press the "Call or Send" button**. or Send a blank text message to 803.
  
  You will receive a text message and your balance will be shown on your screen.
